The word ‘Theatre’ comes from the Greeks. It means the ‘Seeing Place’. It is the place that people come to see the truth about life and the social situation.’

Making A Scene

I’m a writer, director teacher and improviser. I love making a scene. I love helping others to make scenes. Sometimes these scenes are scripted and sometimes they are improvised. This newsletter will cover a bunch of thoughts on script-writing, workshop facilitation and improvisation. I’ve been working and playing at this for over 20 years and I’d love to share some thoughts and tips so that you can make scenes of your own.

Why subscribe?

Every month I’ll drop some thoughts your way. There will be some practical exercises to help fuel your writing, teaching and making. I’ll also link to some cool stuff and let you know about any courses and workshops I’m running as well as any shows to see.

Oh, and it’s free.
